You will be given instructions on how to send us the defective cartridge and will be provided with a replacement cartridge free of charge.
Our replacement/exchange policy is valid for a period of 6 months from date of purchase and will only apply towards an exchange or replacement of one set of cartridges. If for some reason you are not satisfied with the product you have purchased we will honor all returns within 90 days of placing your order, as long as you are able to ship us the cartridge, at your cost, with the original receipt attached.
