GENERAL SHIPPING TERMS

Customers will receive FREE shipping on all orders over $50 (HI, AK, APO, PR Guam, etc. are excluded). Our shipping centers are located in California, Pennsylvania and Kentucky, ensuring that customers receive their orders within the specified time frame. Orders placed before 3 PM Pacific Time ship the same day!

U.S. NON-CONTIGUOUS ORDERS

Orders shipping to non-contiguous U.S. territories are subject to a flat shipping rate of $20. This includes Alaska, Hawaii, APO, FPO, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Federated States of Micronesia, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, & Palau.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING

Orders may be upgraded to UPS 2-day shipping during checkout by paying the actual 2nd day shipping rates. Please be advised that the 2nd day option is only available in those states where UPS ground takes more than 2 days to deliver from our distribution centers located in California, Pennsylvania or Kentucky. Shipping time starts when your package leaves the facility. We are currently not offering overnight shipping via our website, if overnight shipping is required please contact us at +1 877 239 4657.

SHIPPING DETAILS

Orders are shipped from our distribution centers located in California, Pennsylvania, and Kentucky. Order placed before 3 PM PST will usually ship out the same day. Any order placed after the cut off time of 3 PM PST will ship out the next day. Any order placed on Friday after 3 PM PST will ship out the following Monday or following business day if Monday is deemed a holiday. Average shipping time is 3-5 business days. Once your order is confirmed you will receive an order confirmation email followed by a shipping confirmation email once the order has been shipped out. An email containing tracking information will follow shortly thereafter. Please be advised that all transit times start once the package has left our facility. Transit times are not guaranteed, and all shipping costs are non-refundable.
